This privacy policy applies to the Learn Light app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by MONDAY MEDIA LTD (collectively, the “Application”). MONDAY MEDIA LTD is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address is transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Precise location
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting elwooddominic066@gmail.com.
Data Retention
Learn Light is designed so that study progress, saved items and related in-app state can remain on your device rather than being stored by the Service Provider. The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side profile of your normal in-app activity.
Information that you voluntarily send to the Service Provider outside the Application, such as information contained in a support email, may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because normal Application data is stored on your device, you can remove that local data by using available device or Application controls where provided, or by uninstalling the Application.
To request deletion of information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, contact elwooddominic066@gmail.com. Reasonable steps will be taken to delete eligible information, subject to any legal or record-keeping obligations that require limited retention.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If you voluntarily provide personal information through other means and are under 13 years of age, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where permitted by law.
Security & breach notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
If a breach occurs involving data that you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will provide notification where required by applicable law.
Changes, consent & previous versions
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated policy with an effective date. Where required by law, consent to material changes will be requested before they take effect.

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
